Pakistan choose to field first in final T20I against Bangladesh


Pakistan won the toss and elected to field first in the third and final T20 International against Bangladesh at Gaddafi Stadium on Sunday.

Pakistan made one change to their playing XI, with Abbas Afridi replacing Haris Rauf, while Bangladesh handed a debut to Khaled Ahmed, who came in for Shoriful Islam.

Pakistan will be eyeing a clean sweep after already clinching the three-match series with wins in the first two games. They hold an unassailable 2-0 lead heading into the final fixture.

Pakistan XI: Salman Ali Agha (Captain), Sahibzada Farhan, Saim Ayub, Mohammad Haris (wk), Hasan Nawaz, Shadab Khan, Khushdil Shah, Faheem Ashraf, Hassan Ali, Abbas Afridi, Abrar Ahmed.

Bangladesh XI: Litton Das (Captain and wk), Tanzid Hasan Tamim, Tawhid Hridoy, Jaker Ali Anik, Shamim Hossain Patwary, Mehidy Hassan Miraz, Rishad Hossain, Tanzim Hasan Sakib, Hasan Mahmud, Khaled Ahmed.
